Skoki Lodge
Skoki Lodge is a National Historic Site situated in a beautiful high alpine region in Banff National Park. The eleven kilometre trail from Lake Louise to the Skoki Valley makes it an ideal destination for hikers and skiers of all levels. Built in 1930-1931 with additions in 1935-1936 by the Ski Club of the Canadian Rockies, this backcountry lodge offers access to breathtaking mountain ridges, alpine lakes, and five different adjoining valleys. Renovated in 2003-2004, it provides authentic backcountry lodging with ski touring, telemarking, and cross-country skiing in winter, and alpine wildflowers and hiking in summer.
